In an effort to streamline tuition and billing, all accounts must have a credit card on file that will be charged 1st of the month for tuition due. Helps avoid late fees and past due accounts!

Registration Fee

A $48/dancer Registration Fee is charged upon enrollment. $85 family max.

Annual Membership Fee

  • There is an Annual Membership Fee of $48 per dancer and $85 max per family charged yearly on the 1st of September.

Payment Info

  • Tuition is charged on the 1st of the month

  • There are no refunds to monthly tuition if student drops mid-month

  • In case of a payment declining, you will have until the 5th to make a payment online or in person. To update the card on the account, log into the PARENT PORTAL https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/jr3.0/ParentPortal/Login?orgID=534620

  • A $35 late fee will be added to your account if tuition hasn’t been paid by the 5th of the month.

  • Your child will not be able to participate in class if your account is past due by the 14th of the month.

Cancellations/ Transfers/ Account Freezes

  • Please let us know before the 20th of the month VIA EMAIL if you are planning to drop or transfer classes OR to freeze your account otherwise you will be charged the following months tuition. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We do NOT operate our classes in sessions, therefore there are NO END DATES to classes. Classes are MONTH to MONTH and will be charged monthly unless a written drop notice is emailed to front desk by the 20th of the previous month.

  • Please note; There are 2 two week breaks , one in December after Winter Production and one in June/July after Spring Production. Tuition will be prorated to reflect the shorter months.

Classes/ ZOOM

  • OUTDOOR CLASSES-In case of high winds, rain, poor air quality or COVID restrictions or new lockdown orders, all classes will be ZOOMED.

  • ZOOM CLASSES- NO REFUNDS or credits will be issued for classes that must be ZOOMED due to unforeseen circumstances. Eg. Covid spikes , lockdown orders etc.

Showcase Costume Policy

  • Costumes are $95/per class, $90 second class, $85 third class, $80 fourth. etc.

  • Late Showcase sign ups have higher costs for costume fees

  • Costume fees are non-refundable due to the sizing process.

Showcase Fees

  • Showcase is always optional but such a great performance opportunity for your dancer!

  • Showcase fees will be $49 / dancer,

  • Commitment forms will be due several months prior to show date.

  • Late Showcase sign ups have a $65 showcase fee.

  • All showcase fees are non-refundable.

Missed Classes

  • There are NO REFUNDS or pro-rating for missed classes

  • Classes can be made up within the same month in a class of same or lower level.

  • Dance Classes must be made up with other classes from the DANCE PROGRAM

  • Rhythmic Classes must be made up with other classes from the RHYTHMIC PROGRAM

  • You must notify the front desk and get approval to attend a make-up class in case the class is at capacity and unavailable.

Studio Space Conduct

  • Absolutely NO RUNNING IN THE HALLS, especially in tap shoes. It is disruptive to classes that are in session and could result in collisions with other children in the hallway.

  • No food in the halls and on the couches. We have a beautiful court yard right outside that can be used for snacks and drinks while in between classes and while waiting for classes to begin. We really don’t want any ANTS!

  • No food or drink inside dance studios beside water in a water bottle.

  • No street shoes inside studios as they can damage our dance floors.

  • Hair MUST be tied back in a ponytail or bun for ALL classes.

  • Dress code MUST be followed for each class- no T-shirts, jeans, skirts, dresses, heeled shoes/boots in any class.

  • Please clean up after yourself, respect the space so that others can enjoy a clean environment. Thank you! :)

Preparing for Class

  • Shoes should be purchased and labeled clearly with child’s name. Dress Code items must be purchased from the Artistico Store as they are a specific style.

  • BORROW shoes will only be available for new students that haven’t had a chance to purchase shoes, or for trial classes only. After three uses of borrow shoes your account will be charged $10 dollars for each borrow shoe use. This is to cut down on distractions and time dedicated to finding shoes that fit during class time.

  • Registered students will be expected to have a small dance bag and their OWN personal tap and ballet shoes for classes. Please do not guess your Childs size and buy shoes on AMAZON, they never fit as sizing is unique to each brand of shoe. Please get your child fitted at the studio as we carry a broad range of sizes so that your dancer gets the correct size and fit.

  • Dancers will put on shoes first and line up on black ramp against the wall WITH THEIR DANCE BAG to wait for their class to begin in order to streamline getting in and out of our studios and to help keep all students accounted for. Dancers and dance bags will enter the studio when their class is ready to begin.

  • No Parents are allowed in Studios. No Exceptions.

Trial Classes

  • Trial classes are $32/1 hr class & $48/1.5hr class and will be charged to the card on the account. Online enrollment must be completed before attending a trial class.
